The answers to some frequently asked questions about season ticket cards
Q: Will I receive a new season ticket card if I have renewed the same seat and none of my details have changed?
A: No, your existing season card is now active for the 2018/19 campaign.
Q: I received a new season ticket card, but did not change my seat or details. Why is this?
A: If your order was included with other supporters who did change their seat or details, then everyone in the order will have received a new card.
Q: I am a new season ticket holder for the 2018/19 campaign and haven’t yet received my season card. What should I do?
A: Please contact the ticket office by calling 0345 646 1898 or email firstname.lastname@example.org
Q: I have changed seat or upgraded my season ticket, so should I have received a new card?
A: Yes, you should have received a new card. If you have not, please contact the ticket office on the details above and they will be able to help.
Q: I have renewed the same seat, but my card is lost or damaged. What should I do?
A: Please contact the ticket office for a replacement card. There may be a small charge for this service.
You will have received a promotional scratchcard in your welcome pack, which entitles you to a 2018/19 Season Ticket pin-badge.
These can be collected from either the club shop or both of the ticket offices (please note that the Frogmore Road ticket office is only open on a home matchday).
