Kenny Jackett's side won 1-0 at Rochdale at the weekend and will discover their next opponents from 7.30pm this evening.
The draw – which sees Premier League and Championship clubs enter the competition – is going to be broadcast live on BBC One.
Third round ties are scheduled to take place on the weekend of Saturday, January 5, with winning clubs receiving £135,500 from The FA prize fund.
