Brett Pitman returns to the Pompey starting line-up at MK Dons this afternoon.
Pompey's skipper replaces the suspended Christian Burgess in one of two changes from the side that drew with Doncaster last week.
The other switch sees Luke McGee restored between the sticks, with Stephen Henderson out injured.
