Louis Dennis has become the latest player to sign for Pompey.
The attacking midfielder has penned a two-year deal with the Blues after leaving Bromley.
And his capture – which took fans by surprise – was met by a largely positive reaction on social media.
Free transfer, young, potential there like lowe, all good in my eyes

Fans of his former club Bromley were certainly full of praise for the 25-year-old.
47 goals in 150 appearances for us and more assists than I can remember. He is quality, a definite Lg1 player IMO

@officialpompey you've signed yourself a quality player in @LDennis10_. Wouldn't be surprised to see him do really well and he'll be missed.

The experts also thought Pompey had completed a decent bit of business.
Good to see Louis Dennis moving to @officialpompey another @TheNationalLge player getting a deserved move to the @EFL. Good quality in the final 3rd with goals and assists better in the number 10 role but good signing.

Proud of my bro @LDennis10_ on his move to Pompey, one of the best players I’ve played with and tbh it was only a matter of time 👊🏾❤️#LivingLegend https://t.co/4N1FbRyRMD
