Kenny Jackett’s side visit Broadhall Way for a friendly encounter on Saturday, July 14 (3pm kick-off).
Boro triumphed 3-0 when the teams last met there in March 2017, although the Blues went on to secure the fourth tier title.
A Pompey XI will also face three local non-league outfits, travelling to Moneyfields on Tuesday, July 10 (7.45pm kick-off), Gosport on Tuesday, July 17 (7.30pm kick-off) and Bognor on Tuesday, July 24 (7.45pm kick-off).
Friendly matches have already been confirmed against Cork and Havant & Waterlooville.
