It has been more than a month since Pompey Women were last in action on home soil.
But the Blues return to the PMC Stadium on Sunday when they take on Eastleigh in the second round of the Hampshire Cup (2pm kick-off).
They have lifted the trophy in each of the past 10 seasons and won it for an incredible 14th time back in May.
Now they will begin their defence against a side who were involved in an 8-4 goal-fest against QK Southampton to set up their date with Pompey.
Unbeaten in the league so far this season, Eastleigh ply their trade in the Women’s Southern Region Division One – several tiers below the Blues.
Jay Sadler welcomes back Katie James to the squad, but Sarah Eadon and Mel Burns are both still sidelined.
Now Pompey will look to continue their Hampshire Cup dominance by getting past Eastleigh at the PMC Stadium.
Fratton season ticket holders can get free entry to the contest if they show their card at the turnstiles. Tickets are otherwise priced £5 for adults and £2 for concessions (63+/U18).
