Jack Whatmough returns to the Pompey side to face Bradford at Valley Parade this afternoon.
The defender replaces Christian Burgess in one of three changes from the side that drew with Accrington last Saturday.
Anton Walkes comes in for the suspended Nathan Thompson at right-back, while Tom Naylor is back from a ban to start in midfield, with Ben Close dropping to the bench.
