Pompey Women travel to Poole this weekend looking for back-to-back victories for the second time this season.
The National League Plate tie – which takes place at the Dorset FA County Ground – gives the Blues the opportunity to build on last Sunday’s win at MK Dons.
Despite falling behind at Stadium MK, Rachel Panting, Daisy McLachlan and Katie James all found the target in the second half to seal a fine comeback.
Pompey are competing in the plate competition for the first time after losing to Chichester in the League Cup determining round at the start of the month.
Poole are a side they know well, having put eight goals past the National League Division One outfit during in the maiden women’s match to be held at the PMC Stadium during pre-season.
Blues boss Jay Sadler once again has a fully-fit squad to choose from, with new signing Jaime Rowlands named on the bench last week.
Now you can see if they can secure their place in the next round at Poole on Sunday (2pm kick-off). Tickets are priced £3 for adults and £1 for concessions, with under-16s admitted free.
