PFA League One Team of the Year

Matt Clarke and Jamal Lowe have been named in the PFA League One Team of the Year.

The Pompey duo were selected in the side by fellow professionals who are competing in the third tier this term.

Centre-back Clarke has already made 55 appearances in all competitions this season – more than any other Blues player.

He has also chipped in with four goals, including what could prove to be a crucial stoppage-time winner at Burton last week.

Lowe has played in 51 games for Pompey during the current campaign, mostly in an attacking role on the right.

He is Pompey’s top scorer with 16 goals, one of which was a sumptuous lob at Wembley to help secure the Checkatrade Trophy.
