Pompey are one of 63 EFL clubs to have achieved Family Excellence status.
The record-breaking number – up from 56 in 2017/18 – recognises continuous improvement and best practice in family engagement.
It also supports the efforts of clubs throughout the EFL to attract and retain young supporters of the future.
Sides received two ‘mystery family’ visits throughout the campaign, with their feedback determining whether each club would achieve Family Excellence status.
