Andy Cannon returns to the Pompey starting line-up at Blackpool this afternoon.
He replaces Gareth Evans in the only change from the side that beat Queens Park Rangers in the Carabao Cup on Wednesday night.
With Evans dropping to the bench, Tom Naylor – who continues in a centre-back role – takes the captain’s armband.
