Pompey have no new injury concerns ahead of their midweek clash with Coventry at Fratton Park.

The side that featured at Sunderland on Saturday came through unscathed and are all in contention to play against the Sky Blues.

James Bolton is also pushing for a recall at right-back, having travelled up to Wearside, but not named in the matchday squad.

Blues boss Kenny Jackett said: “We’re going to be working with the same group against Coventry.

"He’s a lot closer now and with every day that he gets out on the training, pitch he does get a lot closer."

“Bolton feels fitter than he did last week. He was available for Saturday, but didn’t feel 100 per cent, which is why I left him out of the 18.

“He’s a lot closer now and with every day that he gets out on the training pitch, he does get a lot closer.”

Bryn Morris and Ryan Williams are moving nearer to full fitness after suffering from groin and quad injuries respectively.

Oli Hawkins is still out with the foot problem that saw him miss the Sunderland game, with Jack Whatmough (knee) the only other absentee.
