The Network Pompey Business Club kicked off 2019 with another packed event at Fratton Park last week.
Some of the region’s most forward-thinking, progressive and ambitious businesses were in attendance to make valuable new contacts, enjoy breakfast and hear from this month’s guest speaker Kevin Wheeler.
He delivered an insightful talk about his journey in the armed forces, which started with working as a Royal Marine, then training to become a Royal Marine Medic and Special Forces officer, before holding a position with CNN, where he was deployed on operations worldwide to protect journalists in hostile positions.
Kevin now works as a HCPC paramedic in his spare time, as well as being clinical director of Vesalius Medical, who provide expert first aid courses for businesses. Click here to find out more about how Kevin can help you and your company.
Network Pompey Business Club members were given the opportunity to make announcements, with local marketing agency Vertical Leap mentioning their upcoming search marketing seminar, of which more info can be found here.
Video game cafe Game Over also informed attendees about the upcoming Guildhall Games Fest 2019.
