Jamal Lowe has been named the PFA Bristol Street Motors League One Player of the Month for December.
In a public poll run by fan-engagement experts Snack Media, the Pompey winger comfortably received the most votes.
He saw off fierce competition from Luton duo James Collins and James Shea, Doncaster’s John Marquis, Barnsley’s Ethan Pinnock and Peterborough’s Ivan Toney.
Lowe produced a string of fine performances throughout the month and netted three goals, with a header against Southend and brace at Fleetwood.
It is the second time this season that he has won this award, also being recognised for his form in August, while Gareth Evans collected the prize in November.
