Pompey have signed midfielder Bryn Morris from Shrewsbury for an undisclosed fee.
The 22-year-old has penned a two-and-a-year-half deal at Fratton Park, having spent the first half of the campaign on loan at Wycombe.
Morris scored against Pompey with a neat curling finish for the Chairboys in their 2-2 draw on the south coast back in September.
Blues boss Kenny Jackett said: “He’s played against us in recent times for a couple of clubs and has excellent pedigree.
“We think he’s someone who has his best years ahead of him, so we’re very much looking forward to working with Bryn.
"He’s experienced playing at Fratton Park and is a progressive signing – someone who’s on the way up and hungry to prove himself here."

Morris – who has previously skippered England at various youth levels – began his career with Middlesbrough.
He signed for Shrewsbury in January 2017 and helped them reach the play-off final last term, making a total of 43 appearances for the club.
