Pompey Women will host Watford in the determining round of the League Cup.
The tie will be played on Sunday, August 25 – just seven days after the Hornets visit the PMC Stadium on the opening day of the league campaign.
There was also a home tie for the Blues at the same stage last season, but they were beaten 4-2 by Chichester in an end-to-end encounter.
Winners of determining round games qualify for the first round proper, while losers enter the plate competition.
