Pompey Women continued their free-scoring start to pre-season with an 8-1 rout of Stevenage at the Hertfordshire FA County Ground.
Becki Bath netted a hat-trick, while there were two goals each for Jade Widdows and Alex Collighan, and one for Emma-Jane May.
The opening goal arrived after just 12 minutes, as BATH controlled a pass from Widdows before firing home.
And a second arrived just moments later, with WIDDOWS getting on the scoresheet herself with a shot from outside the box.
The visitors were playing with plenty of swagger and creating chance after chance in search of a more commanding lead.
They added two more goals late in the first half and it was MAY who was first to strike after spinning her marker.
And BATH cleverly added a fourth, feigning one shot to bamboozle the back-line before sending the ball into the net.
Half Time: Stevenage 0 Pompey 4
Pompey looked to continue where they left off following the restart, although they had to wait until past the hour mark to strike again.
Substitute COLLIGHAN was next to score, finding the top corner after Widdows had squared the ball to her.
COLLIGHAN then got her second of the afternoon, pouncing on a poor pass from the Stevenage keeper and making no mistake with her finish.
The goals were flowing now and WIDDOWS slotted home the seventh following a defence-splitting Danielle Rowe pass.
And BATH soon completed her treble, collecting the ball from May and emphatically firing it into the roof of the net.
A corner did lead to a consolation for the hosts, although it failed to dampen an excellent afternoon for the Blues.
