We would like to know your opinion about a local organisation and understand what you know about them.
The official club partner in question wants to know how they can work with the residents of Portsmouth and other important organisations, such as the football club and improve the work they do in the community.
Supporters who complete the survey can then also enter themselves into a draw, with a chance of winning either a Pompey football or 2018/19 home shirt, signed by the first team squad.
The survey should take no longer than 10 minutes to complete and all respondents will remain anonymous – any information provided will be kept completely confidential.
If at any point you decide that you no longer wish to participate, supporters can simply exit the survey by closing the window or tab on your browser.
Fans who would like to be involved are required to complete the survey before it closes at 9am on Monday, July 1, 2019.
