How can a group of more than nine people sit together at Wembley?
For large bookings, supporters are advised to call the Ticketmaster call centre on 0844 847 1898.
Do wheelchair users and ambulant supporters have to purchase through Ticketmaster?
They will need to buy tickets directly from the Pompey ticket office during their eligible priority period, by calling 0345 646 1898. They can also visit the Anson Road ticket office either from Wednesday, March 13 (season ticket holders/former shareholders) or Monday, March 18 (general sale).
I am a wheelchair user and would like to purchase additional tickets for my family – can we all sit together?
Wheelchair users will be seated alongside their carer and the club will look to accommodate any additional seats as close as possible at the time of booking.
Do wheelchair users and ambulant supporters receive a discount on tickets?
All disabled and ambulant supporters are charged at the relevant age rate and will receive a carer ticket free of charge.
When I purchase tickets online, is this through the normal eticketing website or a different Ticketmaster website?
All online ticket sales will be via our usual eticketing website.
How can I link my ticketing account with friends and family?
Supporters can add family and friends to their network via the ‘Network’ tab in their eticketing account. Alternatively, supporters can also add family and friends at the checkout stage when assigning tickets.
Can I choose where I sit in the stadium when booking tickets online or over the phone?
Supporters will be able to select their seats when buying tickets online or over the phone.
Can I purchase tickets directly from the Pompey ticket office?
A very limited number of tickets in select blocks will be available to purchase directly from the Anson Road ticket office for fans who do not have the means to purchase either online or over the phone. These will be available to season ticket holders, former shareholders and supporters with Checkatrade purchase history from 9am on Wednesday, March 13 and then via general sale from Monday, March 18.
Why is there a specific singing section for fans?
The singing section has been allocated by Wembley Stadium and is merely to advise supporters who want to sit in a noisier section of the ground. Fans will, of course, be able to sing in all sections of the stadium.
