A trio of recently injured players are set to miss Pompey’s trip to Rochdale at the weekend.

Skipper Tom Naylor and Sean Raggett both limped off during last week’s FA Cup victory over Harrogate Town.

Meanwhile, on-loan Rangers youngster Ross McCrorie was forced from the pitch in the first half of the last league match against Southend.

Blues boss Kenny Jackett said: “They’re not too bad and we’re thinking the Peterborough game could be a realistic target for all of them.

“We had two guys go off with muscle injuries at Harrogate. It’s unusual because they’re both robust players.

“None of them will be featuring in the next 10 days, but injuries are a part of football and you have to get on with it.

“Ellis Harrison had been suffering with a very bad back, although he’s trained all week and is available for Saturday.”
