Pompey’s opponents in the group stage of the Premier League Cup have been confirmed.
Jake Wigley’s side already knew they would be facing Aston Villa and Doncaster in the competition, which is primarily for under-23 players.
And Exeter have also booked their spot in Group D after winning 2-0 at Cambridge in a qualifying round contest.
The four teams will play each other on a home and away basis, with the top two progressing to the knockout rounds. Clubs are allowed to field three overage players and an overage goalkeeper.
