Congratulations to Phil Sandys, who has won the annual £12,000 Pompey Lottery jackpot prize.
And he has Blues academy midfielder Stan Bridgman to thank for walking away with the mighty cash prize.
In order to determine the winner, members of the club’s youth team took part in a special ‘chip in’ challenge.
Ten finalists were randomly selected from the lottery database and each were allocated an academy player to take part on their behalf.
The first to successfully land their ball in the chute was 17-year-old Bridgman, who was representing Sandys.
