Please read the following advice if you are attending the Carabao Cup match between Pompey and Southampton on Tuesday, September 24.
TICKETING
Season ticket holders who have purchased their regular seat for the Carabao Cup match against Southampton are reminded that the game will be loaded onto their card.
Supporters who have yet to receive their ticket in the post should contact the ticket office by 5pm on Monday at the latest.
They can do this by visiting the Anson Road ticket office, calling 0345 646 1898 (option one) or emailing tickets@pompeyfc.co.uk
Season ticket holders who want to upgrade their seat (eg, from junior to adult) must also contact the ticket office by 5pm on Monday to arrange this. Please note that the person attending must have a previous purchase history.
The Anson Road ticket office will be closed on the day of the game. The Frogmore Road ticket office will remain open until 4pm to deal with any queries.
There will be no ticket collections on Tuesday. No ticket reprints will be issued unless they do not arrive in the post, as detailed above.
Supporters are advised to arrive early. To speed up the entry process, please avoid bringing bags unless absolutely required. Prohibited items include fast food, glass bottles, cans, aerosols, alcohol, knives and pyrotechnic devices.
The Fratton Park turnstiles will open from 6.15pm on Tuesday, with fans able to use the Victory Bar from 4.30pm.
PARKING
Due to the game being televised live on Sky Sports, along with the number of pre-booked spaces, we regret that there will be no parking available in the North Stand car park.
TRAVEL & ACCESS
There will be certain diversions in place that may affect supporters’ route to the ground, so please allow additional travel time.
Due to road closures around the stadium, access to Specks Lane and Milton Lane will be restricted. Access will only be permitted to Southampton supporters attending the match, both before and after the game.
Pompey supporters who have tickets for the North Stand must access the ground via Rodney Road, Anson Road and Fratton Way to the north side of the stadium. Restrictions will continue at the end of the match and on leaving the ground, supporters will need to head towards the Fratton End or Anson Road.
Pompey supporters who have tickets for the South Stand will need to enter from the south side, avoiding the north side of the stadium and Specks Lane/Milton Lane.
Pompey supporters who have tickets in the Fratton End also need to be aware of the above restrictions and access routes into the stadium.
All supporters are advised that due to the match being sold out, they should give themselves plenty of time and arrive early to avoid queuing at the turnstiles and potentially missing the start of the game.
