Pompey will begin the season by facing Shrewsbury for the second year in succession.
Unlike last term, however, Kenny Jackett’s side will get started at Fratton Park on Saturday, September 12.
The first match on the road sees a long trip to Rochdale the following weekend, while August comes to a close with a visit from recently relegated Wigan.
Pompey will bring the 2020/21 campaign to a close on home soil against Accrington on Saturday, May 8.
Fratton Park is the venue for the traditional Boxing Day fixture, with the Blues facing League Two champions Swindon.
They then close 2020 by heading to Bristol Rovers on Tuesday, December 29, while 2021 starts with a mammoth trek to Accrington on Saturday, January 2.
The Easter weekend brings a home clash with Rochdale on Good Friday (April 2) and then an away test at Wigan on the Monday (April 5).
There are 12 evening midweek contests due to the delayed start to the season, with five at Fratton Park and seven on the road.
Sunderland (March 9) and Fleetwood (December 15) will both have to make the long journey down for an evening kick-off.
Meanwhile, there are long Tuesday treks to Blackpool (December 1) and Doncaster (March 2) for the Blues to endure.
The full fixture list is below, but fans can sync them all to their digital calendar, with any changes updated automatically.
Pompey advise fans not to book any travel or accommodation while it is still unclear when (or how many) supporters will be able to attend games.
