The following Q&A has been produced for supporters who have a ticket for Pompey's League One match against Fleetwood this evening.
Where do I enter the ground?
Supporters will need to enter from the north side of the stadium. Depending on the location of your seat, you will either arrive via Anson Road or Specks Lane, with this information detailed on your ticket.
Turnstiles open from 6.15pm this evening. Supporters should arrive no earlier than this, but also make sure to arrive in plenty of time for the start of the game.
You can use the barcode or QR code on your ticket, which can be printed out from home or displayed on your smartphone.
Please note that there will be no facility to reprint tickets on the day and the ticket office will be closed.
When entering the stadium, supporters should head straight for their allocated seat and not leave it unless using the toilets or catering facilities.
Supporters should note the different routine and take notice of the signage around the ground, while also listening to instructions from stewards.
What if I haven’t received my ticket?
All tickets have been emailed out. If you cannot find your ticket in your inbox, please check your junk folders.
If you still cannot find your ticket, please email firstname.lastname@example.org
Will I be able to buy food/drinks/programmes at the ground?
A limited selection of hot and cold food/drinks will be available to purchase at the ground, as well as matchday programmes.
Supporters seated in the Fratton End can buy these from the Victory Lounge, while there will be a kiosk open for those in the Milton End. Outside catering units will be available for those sat in the North Stand.
Matchday programmes will be available to buy for £3.50 from the Victory Lounge or Milton End kiosk. For supporters in the North Stand, there will be a programme seller near the catering units.
Programmes can also be bought from the club shop in Anson Road. Please note that only a limited number have been printed for the game.
Please follow the signs when queuing, keep to the left where possible and follow the instructions from stewards.
Please note that there will be no alcohol sales at Fratton Park on Saturday and supporters will not be permitted to bring alcohol into the ground.
Can I pay with cash?
No, Fratton Park will be a contactless stadium and no cash will be accepted.
Can I park at the ground?
Unfortunately, there is no parking available at the ground for this fixture.
Miltoncross Academy (PO3 6RB) are offering parking spaces for £5 (please bring exact amount as no change will be given), with gates opening from 5.45pm and closing one hour after the final whistle.
Am I allowed to bring a bag into the ground?
Unless absolutely necessary (ie, for medical reasons), any bags brought into the ground should be no larger than A4 size.
If you do need to bring a bag with you, it should be see-through to assist with the speed of your entry into the stadium.
Will the toilets be open?
Yes, supporters can use the toilet facilities. Please note that a queuing system will be used to maintain social distancing. One-way systems may also be in operation.
What happens if the ball goes out of play and into the stands?
For hygiene reasons, please do not throw any stray footballs back onto the pitch. Instead, give it to the nearest steward so it can be disinfected.
Are we not allowed to sing and chant during the game?
Given the higher risk of transmission, supporters who wish to sing or chant are encouraged to use face coverings at all times and show respect for supporters around them in the stadium.
More information can be found by reading the new Supporters' Code of Conduct.
