Gareth Evans returns to the Pompey starting line-up against Shrewsbury this afternoon.
He replaces Ben Close in one of three changes from the side that were narrowly beaten at Coventry earlier in the week.
Ellis Harrison and Marcus Harness also come in for John Marquis and Ryan Williams, with all three of the withdrawn players on the bench.
