James Bolton returns at right-back, with Cameron McGeehan slotting alongside skipper Tom Naylor in the centre of midfield.
Ross McCrorie and Ben Close are the players to make way, with the duo both dropping to the bench, where they are joined by a fit-again Ellis Harrison.
