The former A-Dos-Santos wing-back featured 26 times in the Premiere Division before moving over to England to study at the University of Portsmouth.
She has represented her country six times – at a variety of age groups – and the 18-year-old is looking forward to featuring for the Blues.
Nicole said: “I'm very excited to join a club of Pompey’s stature. It’s been a long process recovering from my injury and now I’m eager to get back on the pitch and play again.
