Lee Brown is handed the captain's armband for this evening's play-off clash with Oxford at Fratton Park.
He replaces Steve Seddon in one of four changes from the side that drew with Fleetwood all the way back in March.
The other switches see Christian Burgess, Marcus Harness and a fit-again Bryn Morris come in for James Bolton, Ryan Williams and regular skipper Tom Naylor.
