Portsmouth Football Club recently confirmed multiple options for season ticket holders and match ticket holders following the curtailment of the 2019/20 season, with a pro-rata refund, a credit to your online account or a donation to the club all available.
We are now pleased to announce how fans can select the option that best suits them.
Season Ticket Holders
Phase One – Choose Your Option
From 10am on Thursday, June 18, season ticket holders and match ticket holders can log into their online account, where there will be a notification asking them to select either ‘Donate to Club’ or ‘Credit to Account’.
Once they have selected an option, a confirmation email will be sent.
Supporters have until 11.59pm on Tuesday, June 30 to select their preference. If anyone does not select their preference by this date, then the money will automatically be donated to the club.

Phase Two – Cash Out Refund
Supporters must complete Phase One before claiming a refund
From 10am on Friday, July 3, supporters who selected ‘Credit to Account’ in Phase One will be able to log into their account and input their card details to obtain a refund.
If you choose this option, a confirmation email will be sent detailing when the monies will reach your account.
Supporters have until 11.59pm on Monday, July 20 to ask for a refund. If anyone does not claim this by that date, then the money will remain as a credit to be used to towards the purchase of future season tickets match tickets.
Match Ticket Holders
Supporters who have tickets for individual matches will automatically receive a credit to their online account.
They can use this towards the purchase of future season tickets and match tickets or ‘cash out’ for a refund between 10am on Friday, July 3 and 11.59pm on Monday, July 20.
Should any match ticket holders instead wish to donate their money to the club, they can do so by logging into their online account. They can do this between 10am on Thursday, June 18 and 11.59pm on Tuesday, June 30.
Supporters who encounter difficulties accessing their online account can call the ticket office on 0345 646 1898. Please note than phone lines will not be open until 10am on Monday, June 22.
Seasonal and matchday hospitality holders will be contacted by our sales team next week and will be able to choose between a credit, a refund or donating the money to the club.
Thursday, June 18 – Phase One opens for fans to select their option
