Pompey Women return to action when they face Oxford at Court Place Farm tomorrow (2pm kick-off).
The game comes one week after the Blues' 4-0 victory at MK Dons, where a brace from Jade Widdows and goals from Katie James and Rosie McDonnell saw them claim all three points.
That moved Jay Sadler's side up to seventh spot and they hold plenty of games in hand over every other club in the division.
United sit fifth in the National League South standings, nine points ahead of the Blues, having played five matches more.
They have collected impressive results against Plymouth and Yeovil and will be looking for a successful latter stage of the season.
Sadler will once again be without the injured duo of Tamsin de Bunsen (hamstring) and Laura Ingram (ankle).
