We caught up with club ambassador Alan Knight during Mental Health Awareness Week.
The former Pompey keeper – who made 801 appearances – spoke about the importance of reaching out and talking to someone if you are feeling anxious during these difficult times.
He also discussed his volunteer work around the city to help those who are vulnerable and how that has helped his own mental wellbeing.
