Pompey have received recognition for their recent run of impressive form.
Kenny Jackett has been shortlisted for the Sky Bet League One October Manager of the Month award, while Marcus Harness has been nominated for the Player of the Month prize.
Pompey won five of their seven league matches during the month, with an impressive 3-1 victory at Sunderland arguably the pick of the bunch.
Jackett is up against Charlton’s Lee Bowyer, Accrington's John Coleman and Peterborough's Darren Ferguson for the managerial honour.
Meanwhile, Harness' fellow nominees are Charlton keeper Ben Amos, Peterborough forward Siriki Dembele and Ipswich winger Gwion Edwards.
The winner of both awards will be decided by an expert judging panel and announced on Friday morning.
