Pompey Women take on Moneyfields in the PDFA Cup final at Baffins' PMC Stadium this this evening (7.30pm kick-off).
The showpiece event was scheduled to take place last season, but had to be rearranged because of the Covid-19 pandemic.
Jay Sadler’s side head into the contest looking to bounce back from a defeat at Chichester & Selsey six days ago.
Becki Bath’s strike from 25 yards was not enough, as the Blues conceded late on to suffer a 2-1 National League loss.
Pompey's most recent meeting with this evening's opponents came in the last four of the 2018/19 competition.
Rachel Panting hit an impressive hat-trick, while EJ May was also on target in a comfortable 4-1 triumph.
The Blues went on to lift the silverware – also at the PMC Stadium - courtesy of a 14-0 rout of Horndean.
Tickets for this evening's clash are priced £5, with tickets available to buy on the gate.
Blues boss Jay Sadler will once again be without Charmaine True, as the forward continues her recovery from a muscle injury.
