Allan Arrowsmith has won £12,000 in the Pompey Lottery annual draw – with a little help from academy star Harry Anderson.
The season ticket holder has been a fan of the club since 1959 and also indoctrinated wife Mary into the ‘Pompey religion’.
He discovered that he had won when his son watched the filmed draw with the academy players on social media.
Allan initially thought it was a wind-up and so was pretty relieved when the news was officially confirmed.
