Does the grouping process only apply to home games?
Yes, the grouping process relates to home fixtures at Fratton Park only.
No, you will have the option to select concessions when booking match tickets.
Can I link a Member and a Flexi-Season Ticket holder in the same group?
Unfortunately not. Members and Flexi-Season Ticket holders are unable to be grouped together as not all matches will be allocated to a members group. The club cannot guarantee the opportunity for Members and Flexi-Season Ticket holders to be allocated the same games.
How do I know which games each group will be allocated to?
Games will be randomly allocated to groups throughout the season.
Is there a limit on how many people I can group together?
No. However, the number of seats you can purchase in one transaction when purchasing match tickets will be dependent on the government guidance at the time of booking.
I am a disabled season ticket holder, do I need to enter a group?
Yes, you will be required to select a group to be allocated games this season. You will be required to add your carer to this group as well, if applicable.
What is the difference between the groups?
There is no difference between any of the groups. All games will be randomly allocated.
How do I know where I will be seated for my allocated games?
Supporters will select their seats for each game when purchasing their match tickets. The grouping process will not impact where you will be seated for each game.
What happens if I don’t select a group?
Supporters who do not select a group before the deadline will automatically be allocated to a group.
