Grouping Process For Flexi-Season Ticket Holders And Members

The sales period for flexi-season tickets has come to a close, with more than 12,700 existing season ticket holders snapping one up.

They will now need to place themselves into one of 13 groups of approximately 1,000 supporters, so that tickets can be allocated when games no longer have to be held behind closed doors.

Members will also need to select a group, with each one containing around 100 fans.

Current government guidelines suggest fans will be able to return to grounds with a reduced capacity from the start of October – although this is subject to review – meaning some supporters could attend Pompey’s League One contest against MK Dons on Saturday, October 10.

The EFL have also announced plans to stage pilot matches with up to 1,000 fans at select games this weekend.

The grouping stage will commence from 10am on Wednesday, September 16 and end at 11.59pm on Sunday, September 27.

Supporters are advised to select their group online here. For a guide on how to do this, please click here.

Fans will also be able to choose a group for flexi-season ticket holders/members in their network. Click here for more details about adding friends and family members to your network.

If you are unable to choose your group online, then please call 0345 646 1898 (9am-5.30pm from Monday-Friday) or email tickets@pompeyfc.co.uk

Please note that the ticket booth behind the Fratton End will not be open for supporters to visit in person.

A decision about which games will be allocated to which groups will be made in due course. Please note that, depending on capacity restrictions, individual games might be open to multiple groups.

Once a group has been allocated a game, they will not be allocated another until all groups have had the chance to attend a game.

Flexi-season ticket holders are not obligated to buy tickets for a game they have been allocated. However, we are unable to offer an alternative fixture if you cannot attend a game you have been allocated.

Members will also be able to purchase tickets for games their group has been allocated, but please note not every game will have tickets available for members.
