Ronan Curtis returns to Pompey’s starting line-up for this evening’s League One match against Sheffield Wednesday.
He replaces Michael Jacobs in one of two changes from the side that exited the FA Cup to Harrogate at the weekend.
The other switch comes up front, where George Hirst has recovered from a bug and Ellis Harrison makes way.
With illness and injury affecting the squad, there are three members of the academy squad named among the substitutes.
