All match ticket holders for Pompey’s postponed fixture against Oxford United on Boxing Day will receive a credit to their ticketing account, with the option to request a refund online.
Due to the stadium works in the North Stand Lower – which commence at the start of January – the capacity of Fratton Park will be lower for the first half of 2022.
This means that we will unfortunately be unable to accommodate everyone who brought a ticket for this game when the fixture is rearranged.
The cost of the ticket will be refunded as a credit to each supporter’s online ticketing account and can be used towards the purchase of match tickets, season tickets, hospitality packages or car parking until the end of the 2022/23 campaign.
Alternatively, fans can follow the simple steps detailed at the bottom of the page and have the money refunded into the bank account linked to their ticketing account.
Supporters who want a refund must complete this process before the deadline of 5pm on Friday, January 7. Refunds will not be available after this point and the money will remain in your ticketing account as a credit.
All refunds will be processed on Wednesday, January 12, although it may take up to two working days for the money to appear in your account.
Please note that if you have assigned tickets to other people in your network, they will have to log into their own eticketing account in order to request a refund.

A new date for the Oxford game will be announced in due course and everyone who purchased a ticket for the original date will have a priority window for purchasing tickets for the rearranged date.
Supporters who purchase hospitality packages or South Stand executive seating will be contacted separately.
Season Ticket Holders
This process does not affect full season ticket holders, who will be able to sit in their regular seat as usual.
Those season ticket holders who are being relocated from their seat in the North Lower due to the upcoming redevelopment works should note that they will be able to use the new season card they have recently been sent and can discard the paper Oxford ticket.
