Ticket refunds are now being processed for the postponed 2019/20 EFL Trophy final against Salford.
Money will automatically be refunded to the card used to purchase tickets. Fans will be notified by email once their refund has been processed.
Any supporter whose refund cannot be completed automatically will be contacted by a member of Pompey’s ticketing team to confirm alternative card details.
It is anticipated that, due to the sheer volume of refunds that have to be processed, this will be completed by the end of February.
Portsmouth Football Club would like to thank supporters for their continued patience during the refund process.
Further discussions will take now place with the EFL and Salford City to arrange a new date for the match to take place.
