Fans who bought tickets for the postponed 2019/20 EFL Trophy final at Wembley Stadium will receive an automatic refund.
Supporters will be refunded the full value of their tickets, as well as any booking fees. Please note that the refund will exclude postage fees.
The refund process will begin on Monday, February 1 and money will automatically be refunded to the card used to purchase tickets.
It is anticipated that this process will be completed by the end of February.
Fans will be emailed once their refund has been processed and are advised to log into their eticketing account to ensure their details are up-to-date.
Supporters who paid for tickets with cash or whose refund is unable to be automatically processed to their card will be contacted by a member of the club’s ticketing team to arrange a manual refund once that initial process has been completed.

Further discussions will take now place with the EFL and Salford City to arrange a new date for the match to take place.
