Following the national lockdown restrictions announced by the government, the club store will remain closed until further notice.
Supporters can still purchase from the club store online, including items in the mid-season sale.
Click and Collect
Supporters can still use the 'Click and Collect' service to place orders, as well as selecting home delivery.
The club store will operate 'Click and Collect' on selected days with availability found at the checkout.
Supporters will be able to select a time slot to collect their order and supporters are asked to pick up their orders as close to their booked time slot as possible.
Supporters must ensure they have received a confirmation email from the store that their order is ready to collect before travelling.
All orders must be pre-ordered and paid for prior to collection, as no entry is permitted into the store as per lockdown rules.
During this period, the club store will be operating with a reduced number of staff, meaning a longer time frame for delivery is expected.
The Tracked 24 service is currently suspended until further notice. However, the club store will operate a Tracked 48 service (3-5 working days) which will be kept under review.
Contacting the Store
Please allow extra time for responses to email enquiries as the club store is operating with a limited number of staff.
Under the current regulations, the club store is unable to accept returns in person, therefore any returns should be sent back via postal services.
The Pompey Memorabilia Store is operating as per usual, with orders available to place online.
