Ahead of this Saturday's 'Stars of London’s West End Perform an Evening of Queen' concert at Fratton Park, here is all the information required for attending the event.
The event will begin at 7.30pm, with staggered arrival times available to ensure a quicker and more efficient entry for all in attendance. Entry will only be permitted from Anson Road (postcode PO4 8SX), with no access from the resident’s side of the stadium.
All spectators will soon be receiving their ticket for the event. We require each spectator to have their own ticket either printed or available on a mobile device, ready to be presented to a steward to be granted entry to the stadium.
You will receive your tickets by 12pm on Thursday, June 24. If you have not received your ticket by this time, please contact the ticket office.
In line with current government guidelines, supporters will have their seats allocated in groups of no more than six. If you have already made a booking for a number larger than this, your booking will be split. Please ensure you check all seat details on receipt of your ticket.
Please arrive at Fratton Park from 5.30pm. You will then be directed to your lounge, where you can enjoy table service and your three-course meal. Please ensure you are in and seated before 6pm to ensure you can enjoy all three courses of your meal before the show. Drinks will be available via table service only due to extended Covid restrictions and all drinks should be ordered via OrderPay. Details on how to do this will be provided on your tables.
Please arrive at Fratton Park from 5.45pm. Upon entry, you will be provided with a VIP wristband and drink voucher, which can be redeemed from the bar situated behind the Fratton End. Please note this can be redeemed on draught beers and ciders, 175ml glasses of wine, single spirit and mixers or soft drinks. You will also have access to a set indoor lounge for seating ahead of the event should you wish. Due to the extension of Covid restrictions, the lounge will be for seating only and available on a first come, first served basis.
Please arrive at Fratton Park from 6pm.
Please do not attend if you have Covid symptoms or test positive for coronavirus. The NHS Test and Trace is on display throughout the venue and should be scanned on arrival. Please respect all those in attendance and maintain social distancing where possible.
Fratton Park is a Covid secure venue. An electrostatic clean is conducted before the event. Regular cleaning of high touchpoints will be conducted throughout the event. Some areas will have one-way systems. 'Stay left' advice and passing points are also clearly visible. Stewards will be on hand to assist with access and manage any queries.
Tables and stadium seating will be in groups of no more than six. Once drinks and food have been purchased, they must be taken to stadium seats or lounge tables (numbers limited at any one time due to Covid restrictions).
Face coverings must be worn when moving around but may be removed when seated.
Hand sanitiser is freely available throughout the site.
Food & Drink
Once inside the stadium, attendees will be able to take advantage of several catering units situated on the Fratton End concourse. These will offer a wide range of options, including hot and cold drinks, alcoholic beverages, hot food, snacks, doughnuts and ice cream. You are encouraged to use contactless payments for all of these units. Once again, due to the extension of Covid restrictions, once you have collected your refreshments you must follow the one-way routes and take them directly to your seats.
Small bags (one per person) are allowed into the event with the maximum dimensions of W21cm x H30cm x D8cm (the size of A4 paper).
No alcoholic drinks may be brought into the event. They will be confiscated at the gates and disposed of.

Access to the stadium is from Anson Road and disabled parking is available. Should you have any specific requirement for accessibility or concerns around access to the ground please contact the ticket office.
The exit will be through Anson Road and away from the residential areas. Please respect our neighbours and leave quietly into the surrounding areas.
