Pompey Academy prepared for their forthcoming Merit League fixtures with a 3-0 friendly victory at Luton.
Seok Jae Lee (pictured) opened the scoring in the early stages, then added a second goal after the break, with substitute Dan Gifford also on target.
Professional development phase coach Liam Daish said: “We’ve got a little break before the league games start, so have arranged a few friendlies.
“It was a worthwhile exercise for the boys at Luton against a really strong side who have a good set-up.
"It was a positive performance overall – we defended well and took our chances. It was nice to come away with a clean sheet."
“There were a few problems for us to overcome at the start, but we got organised and grew stronger as the match progressed.

“We were also delighted to see Joe Hancott on the pitch again after having a terrible time with injuries.
“He’d featured in an internal game, but this was his first proper match for some time and he came through 60 minutes, which should hopefully give him some confidence.”
