As a thank you, it was recently announced that 2020/21 flexi-season ticket holders and Pompey members would receive their third free iFollow pass of the season to watch Friday’s match against Rochdale (3pm kick-off).
These passes have now been sent out to those supporters with a valid email address on their eticketing account, following the request to check and update their details.
Included in the email is a guide to how you can redeem your free code. This can also be viewed here.
All supporters who are in receipt of a code should follow this process in advance of Friday to enable us to offer support for any issues.
Every individual flexi-season ticket holder or member has had one free code allocated to their Client ID.
Anybody who feels they should have received one but has not should email tickets@pompeyfc.co.uk by 5pm on Thursday, April 1 with the following details:
- Full Name
- Client ID
- Account email address
