Pompey Women’s FA Cup second round tie against Cheltenham at Westleigh Park will be played on Sunday, April 4.
Should the Blues progress to the third round, they will face the winners of Crawley Wasps' clash with Gillingham at home.
And the victors of that tie will then travel to Boreham Wood to face Super League giants Arsenal in the fourth round.
The Cheltenham clash will follow the lifting of restrictions for 'non-elite' sports, meaning this will be the team’s first game since Sunday, December 12.
Head coach Jay Sadler said: “It’s positive news for the whole of the women’s pyramid – not just us.
“We’re all itching to get back out playing and now we have a date set, it’ll give us that extra motivation in the weeks ahead.”
