Pompey Women continued their preparations for the Hampshire Cup final with a 3-0 friendly win at AFC Wimbledon.
Jade Widdows netted twice in the first half to give them a commanding lead against the National League Division One South-East outfit.
And an own-goal after the break wrapped up a positive performance in the capital for Jay Sadler’s Blues.

Big thanks @WBAWomen @louis_sowe and @afcw_ladies @KdfFoster for their hospitality this past week. Two very good tests 👏🏻
