Lewis Robinson has won £12,000 in the Pompey Lottery annual draw – with a little help from academy star Elliott Simpson.
He was picked as a finalist and represented in a crossbar challenge competition by the young Blues midfielder.
Robinson has followed the club since he was a child and actually spent time working in the club store a few years ago.
He said: “I joined the lottery as it’s a fantastic way to help the Pompey Academy – and also be in with a chance of winning awesome prizes like this.
“I’m still in shock. When I watched the video and saw that I’d won, I was speechless. I though it was a wind-up!
“Thank you to Elliott for winning this for me - £12,000 is absolutely amazing. If anyone is thinking of joining the lottery, I would say to do it now.”
