Pompey Women have been drawn at home to Southampton in the third round of the FA Cup.
The tie will be played at Westleigh Park on Sunday, December 12.
It means that there are now two south coast derbies in the space of just four days, with the sides also facing off in a National League contest at Fratton Park the following Wednesday (December 15).
More fixture details and ticket information will be released in due course.
The last meeting between the sides was in the Hampshire Cup final at the end of the 2020/21 season.
That contest finished 1-1 after 90 minutes, with an early free-kick from Jade Bradley being cancelled out by Rachel Panting.
But it was the Blues who came out on top in the resulting penalty shoot-out, with Hannah Haughton saving two spot-kicks.
The Blues beat Bournemouth to progress to the third round on Sunday, while Southampton won 7-0 at Ilminster.
