George Hirst makes his first League One start for Pompey at Wycombe this afternoon.
He replaces the injured John Marquis in one of three changes from the side that knocked Harrow out of the FA Cup the previous week.
The other two switches are also enforced, with Alex Bass and Louis Thompson coming in for Gavin Bazunu and Joe Morrell, who are both away on international duty.
Reeco Hackett is also nursing a knock, as academy trio Toby Steward, Izzy Kaba and Harvey Hughes are named among the substitutes.
